History of Unioo
Founded in 2020 by association enthusiasts, Unioo emerged to fill the gap in comprehensive digital tools for associations, initially focusing on easing administrative tasks such as meeting management, task tracking, and file sharing, along with membership fees and ticket sales systems.
With the EU’s anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing law, Unioo developed a digital tool to simplify reporting for Danish financial institutions, aiding associations with compliance.
The partnership behind Unioo evolved, and in Summer 2023, a significant investment deal was struck, marking the beginning of rapid growth – more staff, clients, and investors with valuable expertise and networks.
